  Very disappointed on this visit. The clothes section in the men's department is a real mess, but the worst part of my visit was, I was paying for my items and I thought the checker scanned one of my items twice. So I double checked and sure enough, she did. When I did go back to fix the problem , she said yes she made the mistake ,but she couldn't help me. I had to go back to customer service and stand in line to see another person to fix it. THIS WASN'T MY MISTAKE! Why should I go out of my way and time to seek resolve!!Plus no one in involve was sorry and even cared. My advise, check and double check your charges on what you buy here...or just go to a better store like Target.

  In the past year and a half, without fail, every single time I’ve went to customer service (returns, Walmart to Walmart money transfers) the staff have been SO RUDE. It’s quite unbelievable actually. They act like they’re doing you the biggest favor by helping you. The cashiers in the checkout lanes are no better. There have certainly been a couple that have been great, but unfortunately the poor customer service sticks with me the most. I just think that if you don’t like customer service maybe work somewhere else
