  Their pharmacy is not open until 6pm on Sunday as stated online (apparently it is only until 5pm). Should probably change that before more customers waste their time going there and not being able to pick up their prescription.

  I have never had an issue with a Walgreens Pharmacy in Madison (West side & Monona) until this one. One of the pharmacists is very rude and entitled. The service is slow and I've had to wait in the drive through line for almost 30 minutes (and it wasn't even that busy). My app will say my prescription is ready and then when I get there it still isn't ready. The technicians are all very kind I'm mostly turned off by the slow service and the jerk pharmacist. It sucks because I live right down the road but I have transferred my prescriptions so now I will be driving out of my way to go to a different pharmacy.
