  They have everything you need to make jewelry, but they upcharge you too much. I used to like coming in here to get what I needed, but the ladies working here always have an attitude and are disrespectful. They don't want to answer your questions and treat you like you're stupid.

  I have never had anything short of a fantastic experience at tropic jewel. The staff is friendly and always willing to help with any questions and design assistance. As an amateur in the bead world their knowledge and expertise is always appreciated. In addition, I'm always drawn to the high quality jewelery they've put together themselves. I'll definitely be making another trip soon!
