These guys fixed it within a week - including waiting for the correct part to come in - and were upfront with what the price would be (which was what I expected). The employee was really nice, too. I'm very happy with the service, and having my laptop fixed! With expensive, important things like a computer you don't want just anyone working on it, and I felt like my laptop was safe with them.
