  Very very poor service and attitude. No greetings, minimum eye contact, but a cold voice saying “what are you doing here today” when I joined the line. The staff has fingernail attachments so long that she was struggling to put the SIM card in for the customer in front of me. She was VERY rude to that customer (seemingly English was not that customer’s first language and he was new to the US). After waiting for a while, that cold voice says, “so you are here for your bills. Did you call customer service.” Again, no eye contact. “Well, I didn’t call customer service. But that’s why I’m here, I have trouble accessing my online account.” “You can wait here for us to call or you can call it yourself.” Again, cold and no eye contact. “Fine, if you’re not going to do much for me, I will do it myself,” I said. She was still struggling with her nails and the SIM card of the previous customer. This is the quality of service I received. Not to mention the customer in front of me who needed to withstand rude attitude and seeing how she continuously struggle with her long fingernails.
