  Customer service is extremely poor. The store is exceedingly over-priced. Beautiful custom-made pieces can be found elsewhere with a much better customer service. Even though you pay a very high price for their jewelry, they are extremely rigid when it comes to customer service. I bought a VERY expensive "handmade" ring and it was too tight. They measured the size themselves in the same finger!! However, when I tried to get a different size, I was told that I had to pay an exorbitant additional amount of money!!! Horrible experience!! The owner is a very DIFFICULT person to deal with. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!.

  My fiance and I had the pleasure of working with the AMAZING VICKY!!! She is so knowledgeable and didn't make me feel like she was trying to just sell me something from their existing showcase. Vicky was able to get a few stones for us within our budget; where as other jewelers made me feel it was impossible. She was so responsive, patient, and made me feel at ease during the whole process. I love my ring and could not have asked for a better experience. I can not say it enough, but Thank You Vicky for being a part of this new chapter in our lives and giving us the BEST experience we could have asked for.
