Staff are inexperienced, and a few need more tutoring in customer relations, however, I have not found Staples to be alone with this situation. In store carries many options for office supplies, which is why I use this store primarily, and second because it is conveniently located vs. Office Depot giving less options, but is a bit closer to my office.
