  Friendly lady up front. The bad: I was unaware that the vape mod I bought had a massive markup ($30 online retail vs 70 in-store). Attempted to return it 20 minutes later. I was told that they cannot because it is a "tobacco product"? I hadn't even opened it, and secondly bought nicotine-less juice. Couldn't find the FDA regulation online that they claimed existed: apparently one cannot return tobacco products. But is a box mod really a tobacco product in and of itself? I am convinced that they were simply happy with the sale and couldn't care less about silly returns.
