  I picked up a dozen balloons this morning at opening. I even paid the premium price for some sort of helium enhancement. It was obvious they were blown up the night before. They looked dull like old balloons and didn't have that tightness like fresh balloons. She blew a fresh one in front of me and the comparison was obvious. She told me she could get the person who blew them up that morning. I was not in the mood. I got the balloons to work for our event and sure enough... they barely float. Grrrrr.
