  Just got out of here and waited in line (approximately 3 other people waiting) and the check out process is so long it took about 5-10 minutes for each clerk to check out one customer. If this wasn’t enough, the manager was yelling at us that we were all waiting in line the wrong way (which was the most logical way). Honestly if I’m waiting in line for 10 minutes does it really matter what way the line starts... especially considering the way she wanted us all to line up made people leaving after checking out bump into the next customers. Focus more on training your employees (and yourself) to be more efficient during check out

  Came in to get some balloons and I waited 45 mins after I purchased the balloons to get them blown up because there was only one person at the register. The manager walked by about 10 times and didnt even acknowledge the fact that I was here waiting so long. What a joke. I will never shop here again.
