  I am really disappointed that their products are terrible and the customer service is poor. I purchased a several hundred dollar pair of boots and in less than a season and they are already falling apart. When I went to exchange them they said that they had to ship them first to California to be evaluated by the returns group. That process will take 6 to 8 weeks. By that time it'll already be spring and I won't need the boots. All they could say was sorry that's our policy. There's an LL Bean store opening near me so I'll be happy to go there instead.

  I am not Janell, but her husband. I bought a pair of North Face zip off pants last year and they are already wearing out although I have hardly worn them. I like the styling and features but the durability sucks.
