  Recently bought a gorgeous rug from the back clearance room to go with a one-of-a- kind red, leather chair that I fell in love with! Then Steve and Leah , the decorating consultants, came to my home and brought along the PERFECT lamp for my entry way sideboard..... everything ties in so well as I wanted and needed a fresh look for our great room.

  Grew up with La-Z-Boy recliner as a kid and the chair withstood 15+ years of abuse with barely a scratch. Now that I have my own place, I bought a similar recliner from La-Z-Boy and couldn't be more disappointed. Both (!) chair arms broke within 2 years, revealing flimsy materials inside. Additionally, warranties for new chairs are only good for 1 year, no exceptions. It makes me sad to say goodbye to a company I loved for so much of my childhood.

  New to Madison, I was thrilled with the matching sofa and chair I purchased, especially the chair, from the floor at a fantastic price. Unfortunately the sofa from the warehouse didn't match because the chair had faded over time. To make a long story short, both the salesman, and especially the manager, worked to resolve the problem so that I do indeed have my matching sofa and chair. We all worked hard to figure out the best solution. I was certainly pleased with the professionalism of the employees and the consideration I received.
