  Stopped here for a whole home water filter. Walked the aisles until I found the end cap markers that said Water Filters. Couldn't find any evidence of there being water filters in the store, much less where they were indicated as being. Walked through several adjacent aisles, too. Ridiculous! Only one worker available and he was busy with a customer in what sounded like a guy trying to spec out a plumbing system for his home. I'm going across the street to Menards. They'll have someone readily available to help me.

  Last two visits were very disappointing, I have bought Cree LED bulbs for years, when they die early (should be good for years), they used to just replace them for me. Rude customer service rep, said I needed receipts (who keeps receipts on bulbs?) then told me to call Cree directly. I did, they replaced 5 lamps, but it took me more time than they were worth. I buy retail for personal customer service, otherwise what is the point? Second trip, I wanted to buy an Echo Dot, they had a bunch of the cardboard cards in the display that they trade for the item at the cash register. Rang it up, charged me then said they had none in stock. Would not refund me at the register, sent me across the store to customer service who could not understand that I wanted a refund for a piece of cardboard, another 15 minutes of screwing around. Again I could have ordered it from Amazon and had it the next day, at my home, without having to deal with badly trained retail staff.
