  Fireside installed a Heat & Glo gas fireplace 5 years ago. It has has persistent problem with the light for the fake embers going out when the fire has been lit for 30 minutes or longer. I complained when I first purchased the unit, but they claimed they couldn’t duplicate it. I recently had them out to fix it after having to wait over a month for the service call. There is still a problem and they cannot get me on there schedule for another month. Buy from a different store. Fireside has terrible customer service.
