  This was one of my worst experience when it comes to customer service. The person who did my ear lobe piercing was rude and it seemed over confident. It felt like I couldn't even tell her what I wanted. I should have just left from there but after she put the gloves on I felt it would be rude to leave and I stayed. She did not pierce it where she had marked. Precision was extremely important for me because this was the 2nd time I was getting it pierced at the same place as the 1st time wasn't where I wanted it to. But, thanks to this lady, it's screwed again. I will have to take it out and wait for the hole to fill and also waste another $50! Gosh!! I am furious!! She was an african american girl in the early twenties. Go to any other place but not this!!
