  I made suggestions about how I would like my mudroom/shelving configured, and on a few of them the designer and installer showed me how it would not flow or fit or how I would otherwise likely be dissatisfied with my ideas in the future. VERY helpful!

  Someone came out to my home to measure. Took less than 20 minutes, they didn't really ask my preferences like other closet companies did. The woman just told me "we usually do hanging on both sides of a bank of folded or drawers..." and then said she'd measure and be done. Very impersonal, seemed like an assembly line. Before she left, she scheduled a time for me to come to their showroom to discuss what would draw up. Besides being cumbersome and a pain, I agreed to a date and time the following week. To verify, I called to confirm my appointment. I'm glad I did! Turns out I wasn't on their schedule at all. The woman on the other end seemed confused and like she had never done this before. At this point, I'm ready to give "the other guy" my business and say forget it with CC.
