  We walked in fully prepared to buy kitchen appliances. No one said hello. Four guys walked past us and made eye contact and didn't say anything. After we had looked around and were ready to ask questions we went up to the front desk and waited for someone to help us. We asked someone (no name tag) a few questions and he didn't have the model we we're looking for and didn't even try to find out more about our situation and maybe recommend something else. No one really had to work hard to sell us appliances and we walked out with nothing.

  In all honesty, I rarely ever take the time to write a review, but in this case, I find it very important. Being a homeowner of a house that has aged ten years, my wife and I are now finding ourselves having to replace most of our major appliances. These people actually do something no other stores do. They listen to what you are looking for. They actually listen! They do not just try to push the latest and greatest refrigerator with all the high-tech functions just because they are told push the high-ticket items. Josh Reno has now helped us through the purchasing process of a washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal unit, and a mattress. He is our go to guy when it comes to buying appliances. His honesty, knowledge and professionalism is greatly appreciated and should be the industry standard.
