  I came into the store to switch phone carriers as well as buy a new smart phone. The manager, Ben, worked one on one with me for about 1.5 hours to set everything up. Every step along the way was extremely professional and easy. It was perhaps some of the best customer service I have had in a long time. I called back a couple of days later to ask another question. Unfortunately Ben was on vacation. Another associate, Nikki, helped me instead. Like Ben, Nikki was extremely pleasant to deal with and made good on a promise to call me back after calling Sprint on my behalf. All in all, a great place. Not once did I feel pushed or pressured into thinking they were just out to make a quick buck. The least I can do to pay them back for such great customer service is write this review. If you're looking to switch carriers or buy a new phone, I cannot recommend this location any higher.
