  Wow I have never had such a terrible experience with an American Eagle. The women helping me was so rude and any question I had asked her was simply "not worth her time" by the eye rolls and long sighs. I didn't get her name but if I see her again (I am a loyal customer) I WILL say something to the manager, she had brown hair and is about 5'5, late 20's. I felt so disrespected at the time I had to leave the store in disbelief. I had to remind her I had a rewards to get my points, didn't offer me to sign up for credit and when I showed her a tank top I seen on the AE website she didn't stop to look at the style numbers but instead gave me a completely different style and even color tank top!!! This is either due to poor training in customer service or a lack of caring how customers are treated. Management needs to step up and take a look at the employees!
